Record Description : Documents created to support the state plans relating to the Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS) program to ensure distribution of allowable costs and adequate reimbursement to nursing homes and intermediate care facilities. Records document the development of long term care policies for client eligibility, services covered and system design. Files include, but are not limited to, analysis to determine the daily rate for services per recipient, how the state will reimburse the nursing homes and intermediate care facilities, statistical reports, cost trending, rule filing packages, contract and research documentation, and related correspondence.
