Record Description : Rule, policy and program development files for system reform effort, regarding the PASRR program, which prohibits nursing facilities from admitting/enrolling Individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and/or developmental disability (DD) without adequate evaluation are electronically stored. To include, policy drafts, amendments, published rules, policy development documentation, periodic program evaluation required by CMS. In addition, completed, PASRR evaluation and Resident Review Extension request and all other monitoring reports and related correspondence are securely stored on site.
