Record Description : Rule, policy and program development files for the EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis & Treatment Prevention), program, which Reviews case specific request for unusual items that may be covered because of EPSDT. To include clinical files to include policy drafts, amendments, published rules, policy development documentation, proposed funding and grant applications, documented changes to the program, evaluations required by CMS (Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services),and all other monitoring reports and related correspondence.
