Record Description : Contracts with external vendors (e.g. Ohio Organ Transplant Organization, stem cell research organizations, and Permedion) which support hospital payment policy and services rendered under Medicaid. File contains, but is not limited to, contracts and bid proposals; meeting summaries; contract deliverables and supporting documentation, such as copies of purchase orders and invoices; and utilization reviews containing personal medical history and patient specific information that is used to determine medical necessity and quality of care of Medicaid recipients.
