Record Description : Alphabetically organized case files documenting decisions on disciplinary issues, whether or not discipline actually ensues. These records substantiate "just cause" for discipline. File may include the request for discipline, copies of prior disciplinary action, investigatory reports and statements, copies arbitration decisions and settlement agreements, and Labor Relations recommendations. Case files are referenced in instances where progressive discipline is being considered.
