Record Description : Record of employee training, course offerings, and career development opportunities. Files include electronic applications, copies of transcripts, rosters, agendas, curricula, and course evaluation. Applications document individual training record used to register participants, listing each class attendee by name, working title, department, course title, hours and date of training session, and may include race,sex, and physically challenged entries which are voluntary. Course offerings include, but are not limited to, individual skill development, program operations, computer systems and software and management/supervisory development. Data is tracked throughout the employee''s tenure with the department. This schedule applies to records maintained in the enterprise Learning Management System (Ohio Learn) and within DAS-HRD, Office of Talent Management(OTM), Learning and Professional Development(LPD).
