Record Description : Certifications (uncodified law) to the director of the office and budget and management of the difference, if greater than zero, between the revenue collected from the tax imposed under section 5739.02 of the Revised Code during the twelve-month period ending on the last day of the preceding June and the revenue collected during the same twelve-month period one year earlier, for all vendors classified under the travel and tourism industry codes, the adjustment to the ten million annual dollar limit, and any spreadsheets, data, programming algorithms, and/or calculations determining a certification and/or adjustment.
