Record Description : Documents that may be saved electronically include, but are not limited to, the following:(1) Interest and Maturity Income Due, which shows which investments mature (either partially or completely) on the particular day; (2) Daily Transaction Summary, which contains all the transactions executed on a particular date, lists the fund number, discount rate, type of investment, par amount, and principal amount; and (3) Daily Settlement Report, which lists all investments that settle on any particular date.
