Record Description : This record series includes “Drivers with Excessive Tickets Excluded from Registration (DETER) Clearance” (BMV 5625) forms faxed in from Parking Violation Bureaus (PVB) and mailed in from deputy registrar agencies, as well as, “Failure to Pay Court Ordered Vehicle Registration Block” (BMV 1150) and “Notices of Judgment” (BMV 1163) issued to registrants upon notification from a PVB of disability parking violations or three or more outstanding parking violations (Revised Code 4521.10).
