Record Description : The Daily Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Transfer balancing/reconciliation packet contains a listing of DocView reports for various systems. They reflect the number & dollars of electronic versus paper payments. The reports substantiate the total Automated Clearing House (ACH) totals by amount and count for debits and credits being transferred, for a given day. The packet also contains all the BWC/DAS Check & Fulfillment Logs with approval to mail paper warrants from DAS State Printing. Also contained is a list of payments (warrants & non-negotiable notices) pulled by DAS, for the day. The entire packet is scanned once the EFT transfers have occurred and paper warrants are mailed.
