Record Description : Records include data entered into agency based system to record and create inspection reports on schools, individuals, salons, and barbershops inspected by state inspectors such as: inspection finding, violations/warnings given, salon/barbershop name, ID number, and signature of salon/barbershop owner or manager or data converted from Salesforce system into a searchable archive format upon replacement of Salesforce system. Record series includes paper copies created and data created and maintained as part of the salon/barbershop inspection record. Record series includes all records retained as of 1/21/2018 form Series 50040002, agency series BRB-877004. As of 01/21/2018 the State Cosmetology and Barber Board processes and retains all records from the Ohio State Barber Board per the enactment of H.B. 49.
