Record Description : Per Ohio Revised Code 124.14, documents process to assign employees to job classifications that fit their positions as well as document changes or job audits of classification specifications, position descriptions, and other designations. The final determination from job audit added to employee''s personnel file. The final version of classification specification would be filed with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. Records include, but are not limited to, input gathered from sections of the office, unions, or employees; allocation chart showing pay ranges; drafts and edits to job classifications; reports; and salary information and analysis.
