Record Description : The vehicle driver file contains information related directly to the assigned driver of a state vehicle. Information includes: OS58 (vehicle assignment form), OS55 (vehicle release form), commuting policy, texting pledge, violations (speeding, parking, etc.), defensive driving certificate, accidents, complaints, disciplines, gratis (driving record checks), picture of license, acknowledgement letters (Voyager cards, keys, etc.) and vehicle inspiration forms.
