Record Description : As of 01/21/2018 the Ohio State Barber Board has been abolished and all active and retained schedules have moved to the State Cosmetology and Barber Board. These records provide proof of licensure for barbershops. These files may contain names, addresses, id numbers, signatures, change of ownership applications, change of name applications, remodel applications, and any violations/Board orders. Files mainly contain applications to own a barbershop in the State of Ohio and any correspondence between the Board and the barbershop.
