Record Description : Confidential investigation cases and complaints closed by the Board. Cases may be closed because: 1.) They are without merit; 2.) Formal discipline was initiated but an informal caution was issued; 3.) The licensee or applicant complied with all formal provisions of a disciplinary action.

Five years after last recorded date of action. If a new case or complaint is received within that five year window older cases may be retained until the subsequent case is resolved.	Five years from the completion of the action provides plenty of time for potential need to review documents. The formal action taken in each case is documented in the person''s individual file for inclusion of the public records documents such as Notices of Violation, Board Orders and Consent Agreements.
