Record Description : (A) These files are used to administer and enforce the provisions and requirements of Chapters 3715, 3719, 4729, and 2925 of the Revised Code. The principle purpose of these files is for the enforcement of the Pharmacy Practice Act, Ohio Pure Food and Drug Act, Controlled Substances Act and Criminal Code Chapter dealing with drug crimes. (B) These files contain information on the status of Ohio wholesale distributors of dangerous drugs with respect to: (1) Qualifications for registration or licensure; (2) Records of compliance with drug laws and regulations; (3) Public Legal records.
