Record Description : (A) These reports are used to document actual payment of drug fines required by Sections 3715.73(B), 3719.21 and 4729.65 of the Revised Code and to refund fines when a conviction has been overturned by a higher court. The principle purpose of these reports is for auditor's use and to provide information regarding the extent and type of drug law violations occurring in Ohio. (B) These reports contain information with respect to: (1) Case number, court and judge; (2) Section violated, fine assessed and fine collected.
