Record Description : These files contain adjudication materials related to administrative legal notices, hearings, report and recommendations, orders, orders on appeal, settlement agreements, and legal actions, judicial appeals, and judicial actions to enforce consumer finance laws and rules (including enjoining violations and enforcing subpoenas through court actions) for consumer finance licensees and registrants filed with the Division.
