Record Description : This record series includes documentation that is supporting evidence that results in the issuance of a certificate of title. Documents may include, but not limited to, title correction and/or issuance assistance requests and inquiries received by mail, live chat, email, fax, in-person, and any other acceptable means from the general public, law enforcement, attorney general’s office, county clerk of courts title offices, dealers, other state or government agencies, and miscellaneous entities.
