Record Description : This record series consists of original computer printouts (inventories) of all Ohio Department of Public Safety divisional entities (which includes Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Ohio Emergency Medical Services, Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Ohio Investigative Unit, Ohio Homeland Security, and Office of Criminal Justice Services) transfer documents (HP-74, DPS0116), emails and correspondence, salvage forms, physical inventory forms, surplus and/or trade-in turn-in document (ADM 3672) surplus administration sign off form (DPS0001) and purchase order forms.
