Record Description : Records in this series originate or reside in the Director''s office and include, but are not limited to, executive correspondence, memos, information, reports, and directives concerning agency operations and administration, policies, procedures, organization, and reviews, along with related records. NOTE: This series applies to records that document substantive actions, functions, policies, or procedures of the agency and may possess enduring value such that they require review by the State Archives after the required retention period has elapsed. Records that do not possess this quality may be managed with an appropriate alternative schedule such as DEV-GEN-01, DEV-GEN-02, or DEV-GEN-03 as applicable.
