Record Description : Any distribution information of state revenue to local governments and
accompanying reports, worksheets, spreadsheets, settlements and other
supporting documentation. Records include local government breakdown of
distributions, vouchers, Revenue Holding Account Redistribution, variance
sheets, aggregate level adjustments data, any and all allocation reports,
revenue source data, warrant journals pertaining to distributions and voided
warrants and reissuance of stopped or voided warrants pertaining to distributions
as well as local government transmittals. Records also include any records
mentioned above stored electronically in the FUNDS database or on the shared
network drive.
