Record Description : A grant issued, signed or awarded by the Director of Ohio EPA or their designee, including grants awarded under the Clean Water Act (e.g., Section 319 grants), the Safe Drinking Water Act, or other federal funding programs for which the Agency has delegated authority. Also includes state administered grant programs such as the Recycling and Litter Prevention Grant program (R.C. Chapter 3736) and other Agency administered grant programs, and any supporting materials awarded to implement the environmental objectives of the Agency.
