Record Description : (A) These files may be used it initiate administrative actions against a registrant of the Pharmacy Board or other allied health boards (i.e. - Medical, Dental, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine, etc.); initiate criminal prosecution and/or invoke the injunction powers of the Board. (B) These files contain investigative reports and information relative to the enforcement of Chapters 29025, 3715, 3719, and 4729 of the Revised Code. These files also include complaints from private citizens and organizations, state and federal agencies, registrants, health professionals and law enforcement agencies and investigatory reports from Pharmacy Board investigators and other agencies and organizations. When a license is surrendered or revoked, wall certificates will be housed with the Enforcement Case File.
