Record Description : This record series contains: initial and renewal applications and supporting documentation, e.g., laboratory analyses and evidence of liability insurance, submitted by manufacturers of ignition interlock devices for licensure (licensee) and certification of their devices; their annual reports of sales and net profits of their devices and supporting documentation; copies of manufacturer licenses and device certificates issued to the licensee; and all correspondence between licensee and the Department.
