Record Description : The Ohio Training Tax Credit Program (OTTC) is a non-refundable franchise tax credit that is designed to encourage eligible Ohio employers to provide job skills and necessary training to those in Ohio's workforce who are at risk of being displaced because of skill deficiencies or the inability to use new technologies. File includes: application and authorization to disclose forms; payroll information; FEI and NAICS codes and copy of application fee; clearance documents from EPA and/or Ohio Department of Taxation; copies of denial letters; and related correspondence. Also includes information regarding the scope of training, participant and provider information, surveys about the course, training costs and receipts for monies spent on training.
