Record Description : Working papers and electronic documents received by ODM program areas in response to a media request for information. These records are used by the department’s public information officers for the development of the department’s official response to the media on issues related to agency programs, services or administration. All active records identified as being needed by the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) for their daily operations as of July 1, 2013, were transferred by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to ODM. Any records that are inactive and identified as being not necessary for daily operations by ODM were retained by ODJFS
