Record Description : Documents listed in (a) through (c.) are prepared yearly for the State Office of Budget & Management Data shown on these documents is also used by Department of Administrative Service State Accounting Group at the beginning of the fiscal year to set up this agency''s fiscal year appropriations by budget quarter on the transaction register (ADM 3107). Our accounting office uses them to set up our ledger accounts. (a.) Fiscal Year Allotment Plan Worksheet OBM 266. (b.) Fiscal Year Allotment Plan Worksheet Special Purpose and Subsidies OBM 266 A. (c.) Revenue Estimates - Rotary OBM 266 G (d.) Allotment Requests (ADM-3147) are sent to Office of Budget & Management periodically when there is a need to transfer funds from one budget quarter to another or form one fiscal year to another. (e.) Miscellaneous Internal Budget Control Data is usually in memoranda, worksheet, or resolution form.
