Record Description : Non-record documents that do not meet the definition of a record according to ORC 149.011(G). They do not document the business of the agency and may be personal in nature. Records may include: Private correspondence, private appointments, activity plans, dates or reminders, announcements (for holiday gatherings or events, special events, blood drives, combined charitable contribution notices, etc.) and any other item received or sent (including e-mail) that does not meet the definition of a record.
