Record Description : Summary Reports from local law enforcement for mandatory drug fines. Reports list the use and dispostion of all fine moneys, record of receipts, general types of expenditures, and the specific amount of each general type of expenditure. Reporting requirements were outlined in ORC 2925.03 (F)(2)(b). The requirement that the Attorney General receive this report was eliminated in HB 59 of the 130th Genearl Assembly, effective June 30, 2013, making this record series obsolete.
