Record Description : All USDA Child Nutrition Program sponsors must complete a sponsor application with supporting documents. Supporting documents include but are not limited to: sponsor access form, demonstrations of financial viability, budgets, vending agreements, menus and menu certification, inspections and operating licenses, enrollment data, training documentation, and federal taxation documentation.
