Record Description : Daily reports that document investment activity and holdings within the STAR Ohio (State Treasury Asset Reserve) fund established pursuant to R.C. 135.45. Contents of this record series include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following reports: (1) Interest and Maturity Income Due, which shows which investments mature (either partially or completely) on the particular day; (2) Daily Settlement Report, which lists all investments that settle on any particular date; (3) Share / Yield Report from Co-Administrator, which shows the total number of shares in STAR Ohio, the weighted average maturity date of fund holdings, total value of shares purchased and redeemed each day, yields, and daily fund expenses; (4) Maturity Summary, which is a report of all STAR Ohio holdings sorted by maturity date; (5) Diversification of Assets, which shows the daily percentage of each type of asset class, issuer, or holding as a percentage of the total STAR Ohio fund; and (6) Weekly S&P Report, where the Investments department submits a weekly snapshot of financial data for the STAR Ohio fund to Standard & Poor''s to comply with the rating agency''s reporting requirements.
