Record Description : Files contain correspondence related to the programs administered by Ohio Health Plans and may include inquiries and responses with the federal government, hospitals, stakeholders and interest groups regarding program operations. Files may also include copies of requests for proposals, vendor selection justification and evaluation criteria, and progress reports as backup documentation. All active records identified as being needed by the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) for their daily operations as of July 1, 2013, were transferred by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to ODM. Any records that are inactive and identified as being not necessary for daily operations by ODM were retained by ODJFS.
