Record Description : Reports and related correspondence submitted for review to establish Title IV-E reimbursement ceiling per diem amounts based on allowable costs (rate ceilings) for placing children in foster care. Files include JFS 02911 Single Cost Report, agreed-upon procedures reports, and related filing requirements utilized in the development of Title IV-E reimbursement ceiling per diem amounts. Also includes interim period cost reports and required backup documentation. Prior to SFY 2003, includes reports on costs of residential facilities (Residential Child Care Facility Report, JFS 02909), group homes, and purchased foster care (Purchased Family Foster Care, JFS 02910). Information is entered into SACWIS and rate information is posted on the internet. Information is also tracked in an Excel worksheet.
