Record Description : Copies of GASB reports and supporting documentation compiled each year by the Compliance section of the Trust department and subsequently transmitted to the Accounting department. The Accounting department collects all GASB reports prepared by Treasurer of State departments and sends the entire package to the Office of Budget & Management (OBM) for their use in compiling the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the State of Ohio for a given fiscal year. Accounting retains copies of the entire GASB package sent to OBM pursuant to retention schedule ACC-05 (series authorization number 10900538).
