Record Description : Record supports adjustment transactions made as a result of research and analysis to correct payments to child support cases in SETS. Files include, but are not limited to, deposit errors, overpayments, misapplied disbursements made to the wrong case or incorrectly applied to a case, unprocessed transactions due to missing or invalid information, and items received that either don't contain enough information to properly post to a child support case or are received from another state that can not be posted in Ohio. Research documentation is used to analyze and determine the best course of corrective action to resolve each item.
