Record Description : Files contain appeals from director's decisions and/or hearing officer decisions. The case files contain but is not limited to, one or more of the following: original appeal, any subsequent appeals including hearing officer, request for review, and court levels, exhibits, appeal and hearing notices, correspondences, docket information, decision(s). Case may involve unemployment compensation (UC) claims, any UC appeals, further appeals, tax liability, federal programs, mass or labor dispute, delinquent accounts or employer contribution rates. Case involving federal programs include: Federal Extended and Disaster Benefit program, UC-Ex-Military Personnel, Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA), Trade Readjustment Act (TRA), Federal Employees (UCFE), UC Federal Supplemental (USFSC), and any other new federal program involving unemployment claims.
