Record Description :  When investment income is deposited in a state-owned bank account, a pay-in form is completed by the Trust department which instructs the Office of Budget & Management (OBM) to credit the income to the appropriate fund. This pay-in document is reconciled against a report generated from the investment inventory software to confirm that all investment income has been properly recorded on the pay-in form. Copies of both the pay-in summary downloaded from OAKS and the report generated by the investment inventory software are retained along with any supporting documentation that would explain any reconciliation discrepancies.
