Revision : 1
Record Description : Each business day, the Trust Department prepares and files with the state cashier, a pay-in form that documents the receipt of revenue by the various investment accounts managed by the Treasurer of State. The pay-in document shows the specific OAKS fund into which the investment income is deposited. The Trust Department retains a copy of this pay-in and affixes a copy of the receipt issued by the state cashier. Documentation to support the total deposit listed on the pay-in is also included in this packet. Such documentation generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following reports: Revenue Receipt Report, Access P&I Report (Principal & Interest Report from MS Access database), Transaction Capture Report (QTCR), Transaction Posting Map, and Pending Verification Balance Spreadsheet. These reports show what both the bank and the Treasurer expect to post as investment income on any given day, as well as the actual income posted by the Treasurer''s investment inventory software. The reports also show which investments are projected to mature or pay interest on a given day.
