Record Description : This file is a record of the measures taken to prove/disprove an employees misconduct which may lead to discipline or any non-compliance by management of a bargaining contract. It must include the original grievance form (including the postmarked mailing envelope), the discipline notification letter and any documentation in support of the discipline or non-compliance. It will also include documentation from all of the grievance steps including documentation submitted by the grievant or union to refute the claim.
