Record Description : Depository banks pledge required collateral directly to qualified trustees pursuant to R.C. Chapter 135. Trustees then send a confirmation of the receipt of such pledge directly to the Treasurer. The confirmation generally includes a description of the pledged security, the amount of the security, maturity date, interest rate, and names of the pledgor and pledgee.
