Record Description : On a monthly basis, Trustees that hold securities pledged by depository banks send a statement to the Treasurer that details the inventory of all securities held by that Trustee for the benefit of the Treasurer. These statements are then reconciled against a report that lists the Treasurer''s inventory of securities pledged to collateralize deposits. Results of this reconciliation are recorded on a summary report. All three of these documents are stored together.
