Record Description : Files maintained by the office of the Treasurer of State in its capacity as a member of a Financial Planning & Supervision Commission. Such commissions are created pursuant to R.C. Chapter 118 "upon the occurrence of a fiscal emergency in any municipal corporation, county, or township...." Files are organized by calendar year and name of political subdivision. Such files may include, but are not limited to, the following documents: financial plans prepared pursuant to R.C. 118.06, cash flow and fund balances, relevant ordinances of the political subdivision, approvals granted by the commission for the political subdivision to issue debt, minutes from commission meetings, meeting agendas, and memos.
