Record Description : The Family Support Orders, which are not associated with any claims, are sent into BWC from the 88 Child Support Agencies in Ohio and from other Child Support Agencies throughout the United States. The Family Support Orders are scanned into the Universal Document Service (UDS). The Universal Document Service (UDS) is an imaging concept that stores any type of electronic file, such as Microsoft Office documents, Adobe Acrobat, audio/video, Computer Aided Design (CAD), etc. as well as scanned images. The scanned documents of the Family Support Orders are attached to the appropriate claims.
