Record Description : The Group Rating Safety Plan and supportive documentation are received annually from Group Rating and Group Retrospective Rating Sponsors to document how they have met safety requirements of 4123.17.68. The purpose of this rule is to establish minimum safety requirements for group experience and group retrospective rating. The forms are scanned into the Universal Document Service (UDS). The Universal Document Service (UDS) is an imaging concept that stores any type of electronic file, such as Microsoft Office documents, Adobe Acrobat, audio/video, Computer Aided Design (CAD), etc. as well as scanned images.
