Record Description : These records pertain to corporate governance documents for each savings bank regulated by the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions ("DFI") under chapters 1161., 1163. and 1165. of the Ohio Revised Code. Corporate governance documents should include: DFI orders/approvals, certificate to commence business, certificates of merger, certificates of dissolution, articles of incorporation, constitutions, bylaws, authorized agent certificate, and any amendments any resolutions authorizing amendments to any corporate governance documents.
