Record Description : The Adjudication Committee Hearing Packets are created by the Adjudicating Unit in the Legal Division. The Adjudication Committee Hearing Packets are for the Adjudication Committee Members / Administrator's Designee / Legal Counsel to the Administrator's Designee that are scheduled to preside over the hearing for which the packet was created. The hearing packets contain the employer’s formal complaint, the Bureau’s position on the issue, and/or the Employer Group’s formal complaint, statement of facts, complaint decision, compliant denial letter, and any cases, rules, or laws being relied upon by the parties. These records are created digitally and maintained in the Bureau's document retention system..
