Record Description : These files contain transcripts and evidence materials related to administrative legal investigations, litigation, notices, hearings, orders, orders on appeal, legal actions to enforce consumer finance laws (including discovery, correspondence and other materials created in connection with such appeals and actions), and rules (including enjoining violations and enforcing subpoenas through court action) for consumer finance licensees and registrants filed with the Division, as well as pertinent information and correspondence relating to consumer complaints where there is a referral to enforcement for further investigation.
