Record Description : These records contain the formal corporate governance documents for each savings and loan association regulated by the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions under Chapters 1151., 1153., 1155., and 1157. of the Ohio Revised Code. Corporate governance documents should include: DFI orders/approvals, certificate to commence business, certificates of merger, certificates of dissolution, articles of incorporation, constitutions, bylaws, authorized agent certificate, and any amendments or any resolutions authorizing amendments to any corporate governance documents.
