Record Description : The record contains correspondence related to section 4510.17. If you receive a DUI/Drug Conviction in another state the information is forwarded to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and placed on the Ohio driving record. If th person is driving a Commercial Vehicle, the Commercial Driver License Operators privileges are disqualified in accordance with 4506.17 of the Ohio Revised Code. At the end of suspension, if ninety days or more, the person is required to pay a $30 reinstatement fee in accordance with section 4507.45. Record includes abstract from another state and, indicating conviction - DUI or drug offense, the state in which the offense occurred. There may also be an administrative hearing.
